"Eugene Masselink" Coasters (Set of 4)

  • $ 22.95

Eugene Masselink was a secretary to Frank Lloyd Wright.

Masselink showed a talented eye from a young age; his abstract paintings were shown in local art museum exhibits when he was still a teenager. His college years were spent at Ohio State, where he received his degree in 1933. That same year, he met Frank Lloyd Wright at a lecture Wright gave at the university. Wright's invitation for Masselink to join the Taliesin Fellowship came immediately after his graduation, and he accepted. Eugene Masselink remained at Taliesin for the rest of his life.

These coasters are printed with two of Masselink's designs.

Each coaster is printed on stone and features a cork backing to protect surfaces from scratches and stains. Coaster measures 4.25" square.

This geometric set is perfect for gifting to friends or colleagues -- particularly special for those who also have a talented eye for design.

Pair with the matching stone trivet for a curated set!
