Return policy

Returnable items

Given that they remain unopened and unsoiled, nearly every item at the AIA Design Shop may be returned within 30 days of the date that you received your order. To start the return process, email us at designshop@aia.org with the following information:

1. Your Order #
2. Which item(s) you are requesting a return for
3. Reason for return

 The AIA Design Shop will only issue a refund once your returned item has been received in good condition at the warehouse (address below).

Non-returnable items

Sorry, we are unable to accept returns for sale merchandise, PDFs and opened shrink-wrapped items. If your return is shipped or brought to the store after 30 days, we regret we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

NOTE: All shipping charges are non-refundable.
