These earrings were inspired by the leaded glass windows in the out buildings of Henry B. Babson’s estate. Designed by Purcell and Elmslie, these low red-brown brick buildings are fine examples of the Prairie Style with broad over-hanging gable roofs, terraces, and gardens that extend out to the surrounding prairie landscape.
