In February 1987, Tiziana Redavid, an architecture student, visited the factory of a friend, a manufacturer of industrial springs. The ground is littered with them. The young Italian woman picks them up by the dozens, puts them on her wrist. The “molla” in Italian means “spring”.

Tiziana Redavid registers the brand La Mollla® with 3 L to graphically evoke the movement of the spring. So in 1997, prompted by her mentor Jean Nouvel, she launched the iconic bracelet “97". From that moment on, she will continue to shape this material and continuously create new forms.
